Privacy policy

Privacy policy of in.Stuttgart Veranstaltungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG / Easy Ticket Service division for the sale of entry

Purpose of data processing/legal basis:

We process your personal data when you purchase a ticket on this website and provide personal data. The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR in the performance of the contract with the respective organizer. Personal data such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and, if applicable, bank details are collected insofar as this is necessary for the purpose of establishing and processing the contractual relationship with the respective organizer. In addition, contact may be made in this context for information purposes (e.g. event cancellation, safety instructions).

Easy Ticket Service arranges the event contract in the name and on behalf of the respective event organizer and is commissioned by the customer to process the ticket purchase. To use the online ticket store, you must either register or use the guest order function. This requires you to provide your e-mail address and your title, first name, surname and address. You can optionally provide further data. The legal basis for the use of the online ticket store is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. This is based on the provision of a sales platform with the respective organizer.

Depending on your choice of payment option and failure to comply with our request for payment in good time, your data may also be transmitted to various service providers (see below). The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in providing you with common payment methods and settling outstanding claims and using appropriate service providers for this purpose.

Recipients/categories of recipients: If we use service providers who process personal data on our behalf strictly in accordance with our instructions, we have carefully selected them and contractually obliged them in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. If necessary, the data will be transmitted to the respective organizer.

If you purchase a ticket via our website, the payment service provider Firstdata Telecash will be involved. If you choose the direct debit procedure, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg will receive your data required for payment. If you do not comply with our requests for payment, we will transmit your above-mentioned data and the invoice amount to be paid to the service provider Creditreform (address).

The data required to fulfill the contract will be stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose.

reCAPTCHA

To protect our web forms from automated requests, we use a so-called captcha from a third-party provider. As part of the captcha function, you may be asked to complete tasks or click on checkboxes. The user entries made in this context and, if applicable, the mouse movements are used to assess whether the entries originate from a human or an automated program.

As the function is provided by a third-party provider, displaying the captcha results in the third-party provider's content being reloaded. As a result, the third-party provider receives the information that you have accessed our site and the usage data technically required in this context. We have no influence on further data processing by the third-party provider. You can find more information on this in Google's privacy policy. There is no adequate level of data protection for the USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The embedding takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR and in the interest of protection against spam and misuse.

Communication by e-mail/telephone/contact form

Purpose of data processing/legal basis:

Personal data that you provide to us by e-mail, telephone, post or contact form will of course be treated confidentially. We use your data exclusively for the purpose of processing your request. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
